in my shoes

maybe a day should exist where we actually walk in another's shoes, literally.  trade up, trade out, whatever.  our perspectives, our personal "freedom" of speech is placing each one of us deeper in our very own, little comfortable box. seeing the world as it is from our own angle is comfortable, we understand it.  everything has an order and we have an answer to all the questions, perspectively speaking.  but our own angle is just that, one.  one out of billions.  i hear what you're saying, i see what you mean, but what the hell are you talking about ... this may be crossing your mind when you cross paths with someone?  we hear them, but are we really listening?  are we really turning our direction and looking at it from their "angle"?  carefully, but maybe blindly and deaf, we interact in our relationships.  let us try to remember this each day.      ... just walk a mile in my shoes.
